THE VISION
A Different Kind of Chair
From the beginning, Reggie Jones envisioned something unprecedented—a barbershop that transcends boundaries. Where the Chief of Police sits alongside entrepreneurs. Where billionaires wait their turn beside college students.
This isn't just about cuts and fades. It's about the conversations that happen in these chairs. The connections forged. The community built, one appointment at a time.
As a master barber educator and celebrity barber to NBA stars and Grammy winners alike, Reggie brought his expertise home to create something truly unique in Orlando—a space where quality knows no color, and excellence is the only standard.

IN HONOR
Mike & Gail Winn
When Darryl E. Straughter passed in 2011, Mike Winn immediately purchased this building—not for profit, but for preservation.
"There's been a Black-owned barbershop on that corner for many years, and I wanted to preserve that," Mike said. "I did all I could as a landlord to make sure Reggie was going to make it."
The Winns understood that some things matter more than market value. They dedicated a beautiful elephant mural to this corner, a symbol of memory, strength, and the community they helped sustain.
If it wasn't for Mike Winn, there wouldn't be a West & Kennedy in Hannibal Square."

THE COMMUNITY
Everyone's Welcome
From Winter Park's Chief of Police to entrepreneurs, from astronauts to artists—our chairs have hosted them all. This is what inclusive excellence looks like.
Every time I walk in, time stops. There's connection, there's conversation, there's counseling. A moment of pause in a fast-paced world.

I found a barbershop that made me feel welcome. I wouldn't get my hair cut for months while away because I just didn't trust anyone else.

What I saw in Reggie is that he's got such a pure heart. He's trying to be successful but wants to impact lives. He's a special individual.
